Shipping Policy
At ReneeVibrations.com, your order is more than a package — it’s an energetic gift. We ensure that each piece is packed and shipped with high-frequency intention and attention to detail.

Processing Time
Ready-made items are shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom and channeled artwork may take up to 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity.
Tracking details are sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.


Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping on special promotions.

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by your country.

Original Artwork

  • All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine if a replacement or refund is possible.

Prints & Reproductions

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect print, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
  • Returns for prints are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or personal preference.
  • If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Custom & Commissioned Work

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
  • If there is an issue with your custom piece upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss possible solutions.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is issued, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
